2. Purpose

Aloa Shop is engaged in the online sale of jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, and rings for men and women, marketed as physical products and shipped to the address indicated by the customer.


3. Purchase Process

The purchase process is carried out electronically through the website. To place an order, the user must:

  • Select the desired product.
  • Choose the available size or options, where applicable.
  • Add the product to the shopping cart.
  • Complete the payment process and expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions.

Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


4. Prices and Billing

The prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated and may vary depending on the supplier.

Aloa Shop reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

The prices applicable shall be those in force at the time the order is placed.

Currently, shipping is free for orders over USD 20.

Any taxes, customs duties, or additional charges arising from the destination country shall be borne by the customer.


5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, using the payment methods enabled by that platform.

Aloa Shop does not store banking data or sensitive customer information.


6. Shipping

Orders are processed within a maximum period of 24 hours from payment confirmation.

Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers under a dropshipping model.

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the supplier and the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Aloa Shop’s control (customs procedures, supplier logistics, holidays, etc.).

When available, shipment tracking information will be provided.


7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The customer must contact aloaashoop@gmail.com in advance to request a return.
  • Returns are subject to the supplier’s conditions, as products are shipped directly from third parties.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns of personalized or altered products will not be accepted.


8. Defective Products or Order Errors

If the customer receives a defective product or a product different from the one ordered, this must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt, providing photographs to substantiate the issue.

Aloa Shop will manage the claim with the supplier to offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).


9. Warranty

The products sold are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with applicable regulations, provided that the defect is of origin and not caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.


10. Liability

Aloa Shop shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays attributable to third parties.
  • Incidents arising from customs or local authorities.
